Delivery of goods and possible restrictions
K.B.F.M. d.o.o. delivers on the territory of the whole of Serbia, from door to door, for all orders in cooperation with the courier service of JP Post of Serbia - Post Express.
All goods ordered by 12 noon every working day will be delivered no later than 2 (two) working days to the customer's address. You will receive an SMS notification about the exact delivery day. When the products are returned, their condition is checked (so that there is no damage by accident) and whether everything was ordered and returned earlier. If everything is in order, the money spent on the purchase will be returned to the buyer by payment to the current account of the buyer or new products will be sent.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the Statement of withdrawal from the contract. After the expiration of the period of 14 days from the day when he sent the Statement of withdrawal from the contract, the product can no longer be returned.
Complaints of damage in transport
It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the shipment receipt.
