On behalf of DERMIX, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data on customers / users and data necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers a choice including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user / customer data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this data to do the job. All DERMIX employees (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.

Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank's website. At no time is payment card information available to our system. "

Delivery of goods and possible restrictions

K.B.F.M. d.o.o. delivers on the territory of the whole of Serbia, from door to door, for all orders in cooperation with the courier service of JP Post of Serbia - Post Express.

All goods ordered by 12 noon every working day will be delivered no later than 2 (two) working days to the customer's address. You will receive an SMS notification about the exact delivery day. The maximum weight of the shipment is 20 kg. Shipping costs are clearly indicated by the product ordering bag.

For all orders from abroad, K.B.F.M. d.o.o. performs delivery in cooperation with the courier service of JP Pošta Srbije - Post Export.

Refund

In the case of return of goods and refund to the customer who previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, DERMIX is obliged to refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.

Complaints

If you have received a shipment, but for some reason do not want to use the ordered product, please, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, call us at +381 11 3606 505, send an e-mail with your details (name , last name, phone number) and STATEMENT of cancellation by e-mail office@dermix.rs or contact us via the contact form. As soon as possible, we will respond to your complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.

We can refund or replace the product only after the goods are returned to us. The returned product or products must be in the original packaging, unused and undamaged. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. K.B.F.M. d.o.o. may delay the refund until it receives the returned goods. When the products are returned, their condition is checked (so that there is no damage by accident) and whether everything was ordered and returned earlier. If everything is in order, the money spent on the purchase will be returned to the buyer by payment to the current account of the buyer or new products will be sent.

The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the Statement of withdrawal from the contract. After the expiration of the period of 14 days from the day when he sent the Statement of withdrawal from the contract, the product can no longer be returned.

Complaints of damage in transport

It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

If you notice such damage, do not sign the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the shipment receipt.

Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the ordered or the invoice data is not appropriate, please, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, call +381 11 3606 505, or send e -mail with your data (name, surname, phone) to e-mail office@dermix.rs and describe what problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer's complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its registration.

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).

The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informative presentation of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.
